Archway Community Services is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of information we collect. Generally, our intent is to collect only the personal information that is provided voluntarily by online visitors so that we can offer information and/or services.
The collection of personal information on our website
Our event page has a number of places where people can provide personal information to nominate someone for an Inclusive Employer Excellence Award (IEEA), inquire about a sponsorship opportunity, submit a contact form and/or reserve tickets.
Our forms are structured to require only the essential personal information necessary to process your request or activity.

Personal information
Personal information is recorded information about an identifiable individual. This is information like your name, phone number, address and email address as well as any other information that could be connected to you.
On our website, we have taken care to design our forms so that there is very little personal information required before you send it. However, all our forms need a minimum of your first and last name, and your email address, so we may reply to you.
Collection, use and disclosure of personal information
Many of our community supporters find it convenient to connect with us through our website, which collects some personal information for communication purposes. However, we also welcome phone calls and emails if you want to request more information about the IEEA.
Archway Community Services only uses information collected from the website for the same purpose that it was collected. Archway Community Services will not use your personal information for another purpose without your consent.
Accuracy of information and our accountability
Archway Community Services is accountable for the personal information we collect. If we have made an error in the information we have collected from you, our Privacy Office can help correct that information.
Sharing
Archway Community Services may only disclose your personal information if it is done for the same purpose that it was collected. Archway Community Services will not share your personal information for another purposes unless Archway Community Services has your consent to do so.
A third-party ticket reservation system tracks RSVPs for our IEEA event and securely allows online ticket reservations.
In limited circumstances that are outlined in section 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Archway Community Services may be required, or authorized, by law to disclose your personal information to another party.
Access
Individuals are entitled to request access to their personal information. Our Privacy Office is available to support and facilitate all access requests.
